About Muse Pole & Aerial

Muse Pole & Aerial is a supportive community of pole & aerial enthusiasts. We offer a range of classes to safely guide you through your pole & aerial journey. Priding ourselves on being a part of the world's fastest-growing fitness craze and assisting our students in achieving their goals. 

 

Muse Pole was founded by Theresa Olsen aka Reesy. It has now evolved into portable group pole & aerial classes in Coramba and Woolgoolga; using multiple locations to share the passion of pole dance & lyra and affiliated skills in the dance arts!

​Our Muse community offers a safe and supportive fitness culture to explore many forms of luxury fitness. Our instructors are commited to helping students become more confident in their own skin and find their own style within the ever exanding world or pole & aerials!​​

Coramba Studio: Our Monday & Tuesday classes are facilited in Coramba Hall 2450 (nestled in the countryside only 15 mins for Coffs Harbour CBD). This hall boasts airconditioning & heating, ample bathrooms, a kitchen, sound system, stage, high ceilings and beautiful polished wood floors. Our setup includes 3m portable poles & mirrors alit with warm moody fairy lighting. We also have a portable aerial rig for lyra, hammock, chains and flypole privates on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Woolgoolga Studio: Our Wednesday classes are facilited at the inpirational Woolgoolga Performing Arts Studio (15)min highway drive from Coffs Harbour). This studio is a stylish space with urban industrial aesthetic, with privacy screens & its own private bathroom attached. Our setup includes five aerial hoops (lyras) and five poles. ​​
